Our founder, Bob, entered the animation industry after a long career in mining, heavy industry, and industrial research environments. He concluded his career as a university research laboratory manager responsible for the safety induction and training of laboratory users ranging from undergraduate students to senior researchers and professors.
During this time, he began incorporating animation into safety presentations to improve engagement, simplify technical information, and increase audience retention. The results were immediate and highly effective, forming the foundation for what would eventually become Custom Animation.
